Hot Tub Spa Construction Features
Your hot tub or hot spa from Best of Class Spas is made of the finest materials to ensure your long-lasting enjoyment. The materials we use for our hot tub spas and pool spas include:
Acrylic- Choosing Best of Class Spas means you’re getting exceptional quality. Every hot tub and hot spa we construct is made with Lucite® acrylic surfacing with Microban® Antimicrobial Product Protection to discourage the growth of bacteria that can cause odors and unsightly stains. In addition, the Microban will prevent that slim effect that you see on other spas. The Microban protection is built into the acrylic during the manufacturing process to keep the acrylic clean around-the-clock and it will not wash off or wear away. Various acrylic color options are available.
Cabinets- At Best of Class Spas, we are proud to use TruGrain™ Spa Cabinets to give our easy-to-clean cabinets a wood grain appearance. Designed to withstand ultraviolet rays and weathering, our spa cabinets work well in any season.
Enclosed Bottom- Many Best of Class Spas are sealed using an ABS plastic moisture- barrier bottom. This advanced enclosed bottom will prevent insects, small animals, and moisture from entering the components of your tub or hot spa. This will help ensure that your hot tub spas remain free from damage for many years to come. Enclosed bottoms also provide added insulation support, which helps to retain heat and reduce the energy consumption of your hot tub.
Insulation- Best of Class Spas uses environmentally-friendly full-foam hot tub spa insulation on the undercarriage of your hot tub or spa to keep heat inside your hot tub, no matter how cold it is outside. Your hot tub spa will also be wrapped in Relectix, a lining that keeps heat in your spa. Next, your hot tub spa or pool spa will be completed with the application of a non-porous synthetic wood, another layer designed to keep heat inside your spa at all times.
Topside Controls- Best of Class Spas include state-of-the-art hot tub controls by Balboa that allow your hot tub spa to be self-sufficient. Features of the hot tub controls include the Winter Auto Protect feature that eliminates the problem of hot tubs and hot spas freezing in the winter. The Auto Protect feature will kick in if your heater fails by activating the pumps that will keep the water circulating and produce kinetic heat. The cleaning cycles of your spa will be automatically adjusted based on hot tub usage patterns to ensure your hot tub water stays crystal clear and clean year-round.
Electronic Casing – Worried about the electronic casing of your hot tub or swim spa? Don’t be. Best of Class Spas come with SafeKeep,™ an equipment compartment that encases the electrical components in your spa within a protective shield, keeping them safe from water damage.
