If you find anything wrong with your spa or it is not what you expected, simply refuse the delivery and we will replace it at our expense. You can also get a full refund if you prefer. When you purchase a hot tub from Best of Class Spas, shipping is included to your curb. Depending on your location and situation, backyard delivery of hot tubs, swim pool fitness spas, and saunas is available at an additional charge. If a large semi-truck cannot get to your area or street, you may need to go to the shipper’s hub. If you have to pick up your hot tub or spa product at the shipper’s hub, it is at your expense. A fork lift will be used at the hub to place the hot tub or spa on your flat bed trailer or truck. After you have accepted the spa at the hub, final placement is your responsibility. You will need several people to do this. We recommend you hire a local moving company for the final placement of your hot tub or spa. Deliver is normally between 6-8 weeks from date of order. Make sure you inspect the spa before accepting delivery any shipping damage must be noted on the shippers paperwork in order to get it fixed. if the spa has damage to the surface refuse deliver and we'll make you a new one.Whirlpool tubs or steam showers or special orders tubs may not be returned once you have signed for them.
