The BC 700E is built for sustainability and durability. In an effort to reduce ownership costs and meet strict energy consumption requirements, this spa is thermopane engineered to trap air between layers of high-density foam and retain the warmth created by the spa’s internal components. We use an on-site certified lab to continually test for maximum energy efficiency and maintain the highest standards possible. For the durability aspect our spas are built to last a lifetime. The shell is formed using a cast acrylic sheet co-extruded with ABS that has been reinforced with Acrylobond® (a two-component polyurethane designed specifically as an environmentally friendly alternative to polyester resin used as a backing in the thermoformed acrylic marketplace). This process reinforces the shell and provides a total moisture barrier to eliminate the possibility of blistering, cracking, or delaminating.
